Even if I accept the requirement to be fair on the ground that many casinos usually add the deposit to the bonus before multiplying by the wagering requirement, I was shocked to see the list of games that do not count towards the wagering requirements. All other games except slot machines are excluded from the wagering requirements. Even among the slots, many games contributed only 20%, and a significant number of their slot machines do not contribute at all. I didn’t take their bonus anyway, and I will advise anybody to think twice before accepting a bonus offer from this casino.

Although I couldn’t see games from Microgaming, Playtech, or Pragmatic Play, there are games from many other popular software companies like Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Play N Go, Red Tiger, Push Gaming, and Real Time Gaming. The majority of the games are slot machines but there are also other categories of games available. The games are arranged in a way that they are easy to navigate. Games can be searched for using their names or the name of the game provider. One of the things I love about the website is that there is a feature for sorting the games according to the way you are playing them. Hence when I returned to the site and clicked on sort by recent, it displayed the last games I played on top of other games.

Another thing that I also appreciate about Playzee Casino website is the availability of the RTP values of all their games. There is no phone number to call on the Playzee Casino website. But they have an email and there is a live chat feature. Both are effective. I sent an email to the customer support services immediately after opening an account with them before initiating a live chat. The window indicated I was number 1 on the live chat queue, and it didn’t take more than a minute before an agent responded to me. Although the agent didn’t provide an answer to my query, he directed me to the relevant section on their website where I will get the information I needed. That was professional enough by my judgment. I got a response to my email too within an hour, which I believe is fast enough.

The FAQ section is the only part of their support services I didn’t enjoy. It was too shallow with almost nothing to gain from it. Everything it covers is basic things that I think every adult would have known. I still don’t know why many casinos don’t like putting their phone number on their websites. Sometimes, you will just prefer to talk on the phone.
