The Purpose of Collecting and Processing of Personal Information

The purpose of collecting and processing of personal information is to provide the Service in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Good Game notifies user that it collects and processes anonymous navigation information when user lands on the Bojoko page and a separate consent is requested for the processing of identifiable personal information of registered users in connection to the registration.

Good Game may also collect and process the personal information of the Registered Users due to legal and regulatory obligations.

The provision and maintenance of the Service requires tracking of users' navigation on the web page and their communication patterns. The BOJOKO platform uses links for the purpose of transferring navigation related data to Third Party Service providers. The link does not identify individuals as such but contains information on users' visits to the BOJOKO Platform. Third Party Service providers use the links to create reports and statistics related to the gambling that is affected by the content on the BOJOKO Platform and communicates such information to Good Game.

Navigation information is used to conduct market research in the field of gambling and game of chance to allow Good Game to continuously design and develop the Service.

The Regular Source of Information

Personal information will be collected from the user when the Terms and Conditions are executed. Identifiable personal information is collected when the user registers for the Service, creates the "My Profile" section of the Service, and when the Registered User uses the Service. Personal information will also be collected when the Registered User participates in product and service development, polls or research. Good Game shall collect information regarding your behaviour through BOJOKO Platform, interactions and usage patterns.

Third Party Service providers may create and disclose game and result statistics to Good Game which are created on the basis of non-identifiable navigation information.

Processing of Personal Information and Disclosure

Good Game will only retain and process data which is essential for the operation and purpose of the Service and for the purpose stated above. All data which becomes unnecessary or outdated with regard to the Service, or with regard to the purpose stated above, will be anonymised or destroyed as appropriate.

The information included in the "My Profile" shall be protected with a password and stored on Bojoko's servers.

At no point in time will Good Game disclose individual users' personal information that is not publicly available to unrelated third parties, unless such disclosure is required by law or a user specifically authorises such disclosure.

Good Game will process and disclose personal information as permitted above solely for the purpose of provision of Service and will not sell, distribute or lease Your personal information to any other third parties unless Good Game has Your permission or is required by law to do so.

Information about users‘ visits to our websites, such as number of times they have viewed an ad, is used to serve ads to users on the websites. The User may inspect his or her personal information in the "My Profile" section of the Service. Registered User may use a separate page on the My Profile section where all history information can be downloaded.

The Registered User may update and change his or her personal information in the "My Profile" section of the Service.

Erasure of Personal Data

The Registered User may erase his or her personal information by deleting his or her user account and requesting deletion or anonymisation of his or her personal information.

Requests to Data Protection Officer

Users have the right to request the inspection, correction and erasure of personal data. In case the My Profile page is not available or cannot be used, the personal information request can be sent via dpo@goodgameltd.com. The request must include the specified time frame for which the request concerns. We ask you to mention your name, username, address, phone number and attach your passport or driver's license or other official identity card to your request so that we can ensure your identity. The response will be sent to the email address specified in the request.
